What does ‘New with Tags, As New, Excellent, Very Good and Good Used Condition’ mean? 
New with Tags: new article with store tags still in tact. 
As New: item looks unworn. 
Excellent Used Condition: very minor signs of wear. No stains or defects. 
Very Good Used Condition: minor signs of wear. This may include minor wash fade, pilling and faint marks. 
Good Used Condition: signs of wear, but still good enough to wear. May have wash fade, pilling or stains. 
Note - all faults, if any, including stains, pilling and wash fade are highlighted in the description of each product.

Can you guarantee all brands for sale on Little Rummage are authentic? 
Yes! All items are inspected for quality and authenticity before being listed. We are so confident in fact, that we will happily accept any item in question back with free return shipping.

Will the item/s I’ve purchased be ready to wear on arrival? 
Absolutely. All our clothing is carefully washed and steamed. We use an eco friendly wash that is safe for all skin types, including delicate baby skin. Footwear and hats are spot cleaned or soaked where necessary. If you require your order to be re-washed in a fragrance free wash before shipping, please get in contact straight after checking out.

How do I know if I’m ordering the correct size for my child? Sizing seems to fit so differently from brand to brand. 
This can be tricky. We’ve tried to gauge sizing the best we can against common brands here in New Zealand. All items are listed with the ‘tag size’ as shown on the brand label. If we think the item is not true to size (TTS) we will specify in the description area. If you’d like the measurements of an item before purchasing, please message us with your request via Instagram direct message or use the Contact Us form.
 

Shopping Questions

Why are items disappearing from my cart at checkout? 
Our online store works on a ‘first in, first served’ basis. Unfortunately, your order isn’t secure until you’ve checked out and made payment. If someone checks out with the same item before you do, it will be automatically removed from your cart.

Can I defer shipping my order to add items at a later date? 
Yes, for up to 7 days. If you’d like to add to your order to save paying shipping twice within a week, please follow these steps: 

  • Once you’ve placed the first part of your order, contact us with your request to defer shipping. You can direct message via Instagram or Contact Us here. 

  • We’ll provide you with a temporary free shipping code valid for 7 days. 

  • When you’re ready to add an item to your order, simply use your temporary free shipping code to remove the shipping fee at checkout. 

  • Contact us again when you’ve completed your order and are ready to ship. 

Returns

Can I return my order for a refund? 
Sorry, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect sizing. Exceptions may be made for items received which significantly differ from the description provided.
